Why I do what I do:
Pilates is for flexibility and mental health. It gives women easy baby deliver and can prevent having fat after delivery.
I do Pilates Mat online sessions to maintain clients strength muscles with unbelievable flexibility. Also the Serotonin going up after the sessions. With the maximum benefit for the body shape.
I do also Personal training. It is really interesting if you challenge yourself and lose the extra fat from your body with personal trainer who lead you toward your goal.
How I do it:
I do all sessions usually online.
The pilates Mat/ and the fitness personal training needs some small equipment to use during the session and we do it through Zoom meeting together live.
