Dora Yoga and Meditation
Why I do what I do:
I have been practicing yoga since childhood. I have always been inspired by my mom who was at the time struggling with the serious illness. She got me into chanting and meditation at the age of 7. From there something klicked for me and I have been practicing ever since. Being a teacher helps me give. What I gain practicing yoga I can now share with others; I can offer the same tools to people in order to increase the quality of their lives.
How I do it:
I teach focused and bespoke one to one sessions that work around your goals, needs and schedule, draw from a spectrum of styles and suit advanced and beginners alike. I use verbal instructions and hands on adjustments and explain what’s happening anatomically as we move and mentally as we breathe and meditate.
What I do:
I teach physical yoga practice using element of Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha, teach people how to breathe and how to meditate. I also teach slower practices like Yin and Restorative Yoga. I am open to teach and discuss the philosophy of yoga.
I have been an osteopath for over 20 years and it has been a blessing to work with Dora, She has passion and wonderful energy for yoga and life which shines through in her classes. Dora loves to educate, inspire and help others to transform their mind, body and spirit!

Dora is definitely the most genuine and passionate teacher I’ve ever come across. Her soothing but deeply encouraging voice and great explanations and adjustment techniques, completely transformed my practise. In her classes I feel I’m practising more than the asanas - I am let go and staying in the present moment, filled with love and compassion towards myself and the others.
I would recommend Dora without hesitation. She has a relaxing way about her which creates a really nice class atmosphere. Her instruction is clear and calm and the pace is perfect as you’re never left feeling you’ve not stretched fully or you’re desperate to move onto the next asana.
When I started classes with Dora, I was completely new too yoga. She was a great help in making me more mobile and stronger something that translated into the sports I play. Perhaps the biggest boost, though, was the positive outlook and sense of wellbeing that each session generated. Her teaching is extremely helpful for those who really need a break from day-to-day life stresses. I highly recommend taking up classes with Dora!
I love Dora's yoga classes! I’ve been doing yoga on and off for 50 years and Dora stands out for me as a yoga teacher. Her classes are varied, interesting and truly yogic in nature. Dora is beautiful to watch and listen to and she teaches with compassion. Her classes have stretched and inspired me and I always look forward to them.
