Job: Business Development/Sales Lead

Luxury Beauty is a beauty-tech company that partners with luxury hotels to provide on-demand hair and makeup services to hotel guests. Luxury Beauty is looking for a Sales/Account Manager to work alongside our CEO and Director of Operations to develop relationships with hotels and expand our pipeline of hotel clients. This person will be the sole person focused on these activities initially, but success will lead to direct reports and an opportunity to grow into the Sales leader at the organization. This position is ideal for a former hotel Sales or Marketing Manager who is looking to try something new, take on more responsibility, and be part of the team that builds a company from the ground-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Sales/Account Manager will be primarily responsible for managing hotel client relationships, acquiring new hotel clients, managing the negotiation and contracting process, and working with the Director of Operations and Marketing to ensure contractual obligations are executed

  • Develop new hotel clients in order to expand pipeline in NYC

  • Pitch NOMI Beauty services to potential new hotel clients

  • Manage contract negotiation process with hotel clients

  • Work with Marketing and Operations leads to ensure contractual obligations are executed, hotels are onboarded, and the program is launched at each hotel

  • Manage relationships with existing hotel partners

  • Be the main point of contact with hotels and able to maximize revenue and profit opportunities, while aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in hospitality a plus, especially if have hotel contacts that will lead to successful new client relationships

  • Skilled negotiator who knows how to ensure both sides “win”

  • Experience drafting contracts with legal and managing contract process from start to finish

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and track record of managing successful and positive client relationships

  • Skilled mediator able to use creative thinking to overcome challenges and keep clients happy

  • History of developing innovative processes to exceed performance metrics and financial goals

  • Proven success at developing new clients and accounts, no matter how hard it is

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Must live in proximity to, or relocate to NYC

  • Experience or interest in working for a startup a plus

  • Key Performance Indicators: Revenue Growth Rate, Customer Retention Rate, Client Engagement
