We are looking for an energetic Partner Executive to accelerate our growth and strengthen our commercial team. If you are passionate about strategizing and implementing commercial programs that champion automation and that are constantly iterated on and improved, this is the job for you! You will be able to manage your professional pipeline and as we grow you will have the potential to scale and manage your own commercial team.
- Achieving or exceeding the goals for qualified monthly client meetings/demo’s, signed deals, live deals and annual revenue targets
- Building and maintaining a great network by selling our Luxury Beauty concept, never thinking in barriers
- Proactively continue to understand competitive products and increase market knowledge. We are a data-driven company and you’ll work closely with our data team to analyze our opportunities in the market
What are we looking for?
- You are a driven commercial person with experience in a client-facing position in a fast growing Tech or Marketplace company
- You have experience with B2B sales and managing partners with a proven track record
- You love the thrill of finding and closing new deals
- Blessed with a growth mindset and can-do mentality
- Being familiar with a dynamic environment such as a scale up, everyday new challenges will show themselves
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, ability to represent Luxury Beauty internally as well as externally
- You are a high energy individual
- Familiar with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to report on your activities, and know how to iteratively improve yourself based on your results
- You are a fluent English speaker
