When I work with individuals as a life coach, my process is to develop your path to transformation, one step at a time.
I will help you to create insight by building a positive and growth-oriented mindset to help you to overcome perceived limitations and bring clarity to your concerns by asking powerful questions that bring out your inner wisdom and build on personal strengths.
We will work together to help you to organize your mind, understand bioengineering for sustained behavioral change, explore your purpose, reach your goals, and build a positive, supportive environment that encourages your continuous growth.
When I work with leaders, I utilize a transdisciplinary approach that incorporates leadership expertise, mindfulness practices, and skill building techniques for you to increase your presence, reflexive practices and intentionality.
We will work to find the best conscious practices that resonate with you and your leadership style that you can fully embody to support you in integrating your knowledge and skills that will help you to increase your influence.
The services I provide
After spending over ten years of my adult life unlearning the harmful effects of my own childhood socialization,
I know just how hard it can be to let go of deeply held beliefs and how important it is to have compassionate and committed people in our lives to support us in our transitions.
Had it not been for several dedicated mentors in my life, I would never have become the person that I am today. I want to be that person for anyone else who needs it.
As a life coach, I get to facilitate that transition for others, while providing and encouraging and empowering space for others to grow into their full potential.
As incredible as it is to get to work with individuals on a personal level, I especially love the impact that I have when I get to work with leaders who can amplify others through their own growth and sponsorship.

Consciousness in Leadership Program
A transformational program designed to empower leaders to elevate their consciousness and drive systemic change on a global scale by focusing on personal, social, and systemic mastery to drive meaningful and sustainablechange within their organizations and beyond.
It is built on the understanding that modern leaders need a core foundation of transdisciplinary skills so that they can flex their style to fit the contexts and interpersonal needs of the given situation, and you will start the course with your self evaluation of these core skills and where you need to focus for the duration of the course to balance your core skills.
This course is offered as a stand-alone course with access to several modules outlining areas like Leadership and Mindfulness, Equity and Accessibility, Inclusion and Violence Prevention, and Authenticity and Human Intelligences (BQ, CQ, EQ, SQ, SIQ).
