Today, as a certified naturopathic practitioner, Integrative health practitioner, board-certified holistic health practitioner, and herbalist, I am dedicated to helping people become their best selves. I believe that while perfection is unattainable, achieving balance in life and proper nutrition can guide us toward optimal health. My approach does not involve treating, preventing, or curing diseases. Instead, I focus on rebalancing the body by addressing deficiencies and supporting natural healing processes.
The services I provide
My journey into holistic health began at an early age, deeply influenced by my parents, who were strong advocates of natural wellness. Growing up, I absorbed valuable lessons from them, which laid the foundation for my life's work. At just 12 years old, I started helping my mom in a nursing home, handing out snacks and water to the residents. This early experience ignited a passion for caring for others, and as soon as I turned 18, I became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). My desire to expand my knowledge and skills led me to become an X-ray technician and a Medical Assistant.
Driven by a curiosity to understand the inner workings of patient care, I pursued certifications as a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Risk Adjustment Coder, and Certified Evaluation and Management Coder. Through these roles, I honed my skills in Clinical Documentation Improvement, where I acted as a patient advocate, ensuring that nothing was overlooked in their care.
My commitment to healthcare led me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. However, as I continued my journey, I became increasingly aware of the limitations of traditional medicine. Too often, I witnessed people relying on pharmaceuticals that only compounded their health issues. This realization inspired me to dive deeper into alternative medicine.
