6. Outsource the physical versions of the different things that come with digital devices.
For example, our smartphones come with pre-installed alarm systems. It means that if you need an early wake-up call, all you need to do is set the time right and place your phone on your bedside table.
When your phone is near you, you can easily forget and scroll until late at night. To avoid this, you can buy a physical alarm clock.
It means that you will not have to carry your phone to bed. All you have to do is to have your alarm clock in your bedroom.

7. Have physical activities and hobbies when you are free.
Relaxing on your couch or bed during your free hours on your phone sounds excellent. However, we consume things that do not add value to our lives.
