It can then suggest changes, such as an earlier bedtime, a wind down routine, or a cooler bedroom. The benefits of tracking your sleep

Use the app to experiment, not judge yourself. If a suggestion does not help, drop it. If you feel worse, stop tracking for a while. The goal is better rest, not a better number.
