How much does a session cost?
Every verified expert sets their own session price, starting from 17 dollars. You always see the exact price on the expert profile before you book.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no membership. You pay for each session you book, and nothing in between.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or move a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, and you are refunded in full.
Are the experts verified?
Every expert on BYOU is checked for qualifications, registrations and professional experience before their profile goes live.
Is my session private?
Yes. Sessions are confidential between you and your expert. We explain exactly what we store, and why, in our Privacy Policy.
